After 30 years in commercial banking, SBA workouts, and turnaround leadership, Bill's work at Acquisition Experts guides owners through the transitions most matter — the ones where people, culture, and legacy are on the line. He built the ESOPable™ process and the Intelligent Exit program (intelexit.com) for owners who want a real path forward beyond simply selling to strangers.

Bill's background is the reason owners trust him with this work. He is a decorated United States Marine Corps combat logistician. He spent 25 years in commercial and corporate banking, including liaison work with regulators and hands-on plans for distressed SBA borrowers. He has been turnaround CEO of a healthcare hospitality company. He has supported businesses through expansion, sale, and acquisition from every side of the table.
He holds an MBA in Finance from International College and a BA in Organizational Management from Warner University, along with an American Institute of Bankers Bank Operations Diploma and a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He has been recognized as an outstanding producer by the International Business Brokers Association and Business Brokers of Florida. He also received the McLaughlin Award from the Florida Economic Development Council.
He chairs the Early Learning Coalition tri-county board and remains active in economic development partnerships, airport/FBO governance, and non-profit leadership across the Treasure Coast.
